Refund policy

We want you to love what you carry. Unused pieces in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund; you cover return shipping. Handmade-to-order leather pieces are made specifically for you — they may be returned for defects or errors on our part, but change-of-mind returns on custom-made pieces are not accepted, so please choose thoughtfully. If a piece arrives defective or damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice. Sale and limited-edition final-call items are final sale.
